The criminal record will be deleted automatically at the beginning of a month once Tibia money a period of at least 6 months has passed since the most recent entry, therefore after a maximum of 7 months. However, keep in mind that it is not always possible to complain. Remember that punishments given by the customer support cannot be complained about. Also, please note that you may only complain within a week after the punishment has been imposed.
