If you have violated one or more of the Tibia Rule

If you have buy Tibia money violated one or more of the Tibia Rules, your account page will also contain a criminal record. A criminal record is a list of all punishments that have been imposed on one or more characters on a Tibia account.
a) What is a Criminal Record?A criminal record is a list of all punishments that have been imposed on one or more characters cheap Tibia Gold on a Tibia account. You can check the criminal record of your account by looking at your account page. If you cannot find a criminal record on your account page, there is no entry, i.e. your criminal record is clean. Entries in the criminal record will show (from left to right) the date, character name, reason, type and duration of the punishment. The stated reason will clearly point out the rule that was violated. Moreover, gamemasters can add own commentaries that will help you understand the reason for your punishment.
b) Clearing Your Criminal RecordThe criminal record will be deleted automatically at the beginning of a month once a period of at least 6 months has passed since the most recent entry, therefore after a maximum of 7 months. E.g. the last entry in your criminal tibia account record is from March 5th, means your criminal record will be deleted at the beginning of October. However, if there are further entries during this period of time, the duration will again be extended, and you must wait another 6-7 months before the criminal record is cleared again. Please note that as long as there are entries in your criminal record you will not be able to apply as a tutor.
c) Complaining About PunishmentsProvided that it is possible to complain about a given punishment, you can do so in your criminal record. Please click on the corresponding button next to the punishment you would like to complain about. Once you have done so a dialog will open up which will allow you to write a message to the gamemaster who has imposed the punishment on you. However, keep in mind that it is not always possible to complain. Remember that punishments given by the customer support cannot be complained about. Also, please note that you may only complain within a week after the punishment has been imposed. If you do not complain within 7 days after the punishment, the complaint button will disappear, and you will not be able to complain about this banishment anymore.If you have complained about your punishment, you will receive an answer by the gamemaster. Please be patient if you do not receive a reply immediately. You will soon find the gamemaster's answer at the top of your account page. If the gamemaster has not closed the thread, you can write to him again. If you feel the gamemaster has not replied in an adequate way, it is possible to forward the complaint to the customer support. The customer support will evaluate your punishment and answer your complaint within 7 days. Please note that any decisions taken by the customer support are final. Whatever the customer support judges, you will have to accept it.
