Tibia setting up a subscription

A subscription is an agreement tibia account in which you allow us to charge your credit card automatically on a regular basis in order to provide you with premium time for your Tibia account. You can set up a subscription only for your own account. Depending on the premium time period you have chosen, we will charge your credit card for the selected number of days automatically and in due time whenever your premium time runs out. You will receive an email notification about the continuation of your subscription every time a new payment is due. The notification will be sent before the payment is charged. You can cancel your current subscription on your account page at all times. Note that cancelling a subscription does not affect payments Tibia Gold that have already been charged.To set up a subscription, simply log into your account page and click on "Add Premium Time" in the billing information section.
Order TypeOn this page you must select if you want to order a single premium time period or set up a subscription. Tick the button for "Subscription".
Payment MethodHere you can select which credit card you want to pay with. At the moment you can choose between Visa, MasterCard and American Express. French players have the additional choice to pay with Carte Bleue. Please note that subscriptions can only be paid by credit card.
Order DataOn the top of the page you need to choose at which interval we should charge your credit card. You can select between 30 and for 90 days. Next enter number and expiry date of your credit card. Then you are asked buy Tibia Gold to enter the verification code. If you don't know what to enter there, please click on "info". Finally, enter the name of the card holder as it is written on the credit card. However, special characters such as "ä", è, or ł are not accepted. Please replace them with common letters (e.g. ä=ae; è=e; ł=l;).Next you are asked to enter specific information including your street address, postal code, city, country and email address. Click on "Continue" once you have entered all data.
VerificationOn this page, you should check if you have entered all data correctly. For security reasons only the last 4 numbers of your credit card number are displayed. If you find all data to be correct, you need to accept the Extended Tibia Service Agreement and the Tibia Privacy Policy and confirm that you want to set up a subscription by checking the corresponding boxes. Clicking on "Submit" will finalise your order.
Order ResultOn this final page, you can see if your order has been successful. You will receive the reference number of your order. Also, you will get the information via email. If the premium time is not available immediately, please do not start another attempt to order premium time, otherwise you might get 2 premium time periods you have to pay. Please allow some time until your premium time arrives. Note that it can take up to 3 days until your payment has been verified. Finally, please note down the order reference number as you will need it if you have a request concerning your order.
